o Lecturers/Researchers and students of the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications, Hanoi University of Technology, and from other universities in Hanoi.

o VEF fellows, Professors (expected).
2. Workshop’s Purpose
* General purpose: To build-up and strengthen scientific research activities at the Faculty of Electronics and Telecommunications (FET), especially bilateral research collaboration with international partners, consequently, bringing FET to higher position in the community of research and development for communication engineering.
* Specific purposes:
o To exchange research results in the area of next generation communications between domestic and international researchers, as well as with industry;
o To seek chances for bilateral research collaboration between domestic and oversea researchers;
o To build-up long-term research programs, projects to support the development of Vietnamese socio-economics;
o To disseminate technological developments in the area of telecommunications from which to attract attentions from students to R&D activities;
